School Counsellor
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support to students, fostering their academic success, emotional well-being, and social development. You will work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external partners to create a positive and supportive school culture.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide individual and group counselling to students to address academic, social, and emotional challenges.
· Develop and implement programmes to support student well-being, mainly coordinating and developing our mentor programme further.
· Collaborate with teachers and mentors to create strategies that promote student success and well-being.
· Assist students in developing effective coping mechanisms, study habits, and interpersonal skills.
· Act as a liaison between the school, parents, and external professionals.
· Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and recommend appropriate interventions or services. Additionally, interpret external assessments.
· Translate information regarding support students into ILPs.
· Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
· Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
