What We’re Looking For
The role of administrative assistant for the pupils administration requires a versatile skill set in administrative tasks and processes, which play a vital role in the smooth running and development of our growing school.
Key responsibilities include:
· Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
· Preparing the pupil’s reports in the school system
· Processing administrative paperwork and handling digital data entry
· Organising processes like the school photographer
· Working collaboratively with colleagues in the pupil’s administration and all other staff
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable professional to support our school's continued growth and success through a range of administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing various tasks in a dynamic environment and have a strong commitment to the education sector.
Key Requirements:
· A collaborative mindset, with resilience and adaptability
· Proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
· Skilled in MS Office with the ability to quickly learn and navigate ESH systems.

· A temporary contract of one year with the prospect to a permanent one (subject to a positive appraisal)
· The salary is a minimum of €2413 and a maximum of €3126 for a full-time contract at scale 4. The specific step in the scale will depend on your level of experience.
o 8% holiday allowance (May)
o 8.33% year-end bonus (December)
o Monthly contribution towards travel expenses (if applicable)
o ABP pension scheme
o Number of options for tax benefits regarding, e.g. trade union dues, the costs of sports (for instance, fitness membership fees and the purchase of a bicycle (for commuting purposes)
